Why You need an ergonomic office chair
Some people are tall, some are short. There are many reasons for needing an ergonomic computer chair. But think about this. Our bodies were not designed to sit in a chair all day at a desk. It has only been in the last 60 years that we have had "offices" where people go each day to sit at a desk and perform a job. The first thing we do is gather information on you. We need to know foremost your height and weight. These details are important, as we have specific seats and backs for every size and shape. But numbers can be tricky. You might be tall (over 6 feet), but you could have a long torso and short legs. Or the other way around. Very few of us are made the same shape and size, so we look at not only how tall you are, but the inseam and even leg measurements from thigh to your knee is important for us to put you in the right chair.
We also want to know your work habits. Do you work at a computer all day, or do you sit at a desk or read? Do you talk on the telephone a lot, and like to sit back with your feet on the desk? These are all important clues that tell us what type of chair that we need to build you. Just like our bodies are different from one another, how you do your job is different, how you sit is different, and we try to take all those factors into account when we build a custom ergonomic chair for you.
