Q: How much does an ergonomic chair cost?
A: Ergonomic chairs come in many different shapes and sizes, as each chair that we sell is fully customized on each order. As such, factors such as leather or fabric have a large affect on the price of the chair. But to give you an idea, our chairs start at around $ 500, and top out at approximately $ 2300 (full leather chair with "all the options"). Q: How much does it cost to ship a chair to me?
A: Most of our chairs ship fully assembled, via ground freight. Expect to pay between $ 75 - $ 100 for the typical freight charge in the lower 48 states.
A: Not yet. Because each chair is customized, an online store may not be the best method to sell chairs. We pride ourselves on our personal one on one service via phone and live chat.
Q: What makes your ergonomic chairs different from your competition?
A: We focus only on ergonomic chairs and related accessories. We do not sell desks, file cabinets or view ergonomics as a side business. It is our only business. Our ergonomic chairs have more ergonomic adjustments, are more comfortable, and we can better fit each unique individual than most, if not all of our competition.
Q: How long is the warranty on an ergonomic chair?
A: For the average user, up to 300 lbs, each chair comes with a 10 year warranty on the parts most used on the chair. For users in excess of 300 lbs, the warranty is 3 years on most chairs.
Q: How long does it take to build an ergonomic chair?
A: Most of our ergonomic chairs take between 10 days and 4 weeks to build - we custom make every chair from the caster up and perfection takes time!
Q: What is the weight limit for your ergonomic chair?
A: We specialize in fitting nearly any size. We recently built a chair for a customer who weighed a little over 700 lbs. Tell us about your particular situation, there is a good chance we can help you.

Q: What are the leather and fabric options on your ergonomic chairs?
A: Your chair can come in finest Scandandvian leather, or a soft man made leather. Our most comfortbale and ergonomic fabric is ComforTek, and we have many other comfortable cloth fabrics to fit nearly any budget.
