The reason people experience PAIN or DISCOMFORT is...

1. First because they don't have an ergonomic chair designed to fit their natural shape and posture
2. Second because their workstation is not set up ergonomically forcing them to sit incorrectly
3. Third is because they either don't know how to sit correctly or they choose not to

For example, most people don't realize the habits they've developed over the years like reaching or leaning forward causing pressure on their back.

Therefore, in order to qualify for our 30 Day Trial, you must go through our Ergonomic Fitting process.

 

Once you have received your chair, you have 30 days to sit in it and feel the difference. If you are not satisfied after the first 20 days of trying out your chair, call our Customer Service staff at (888) 322-1293 and they will work with you to answer your questions and resolve your concerns.

If we can't find a way to make you happy within the first 30 days from the date you receive your chair, we will pay to ship the chair back and reimburse your purchase price, less the initial shipping costs and 25% restocking fee. *The Design & Try waives the initial restocking fee, unless any of the following apply:

• If you do not complete your Ergonomic Fitting within 48 hours of receiving your Chair... and you decide to return it, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  
• If you have not tried your chair for at least 20 days... and you decide to return it, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  
• Offer valid if ordered by individual end users and not purchasing agents for organizations.
  
• Offer valid with quick ship fabrics as other custom fabrics (ie. leather, vinyl) would require a 25% restocking fee.
• Offer not valid with ErgoFusion products.
